Long-Distance Bear

Abbie received a package on Saturday from her PawPaw (my dad), who is almost done serving his time overseas. I will admit that I opened the outside of the box, but I let Abbie do the rest.

First, she pulled the teddy bear out of the box.

Then she gave the bear a big fat kiss!

Then she shoved the bear back in the box and tried to close the lid!

I have to say, my dad did good! Three days later, and Abbie is still dragging that bear around with her in the house. I think she approves!!
