I feel like I should apologize for the fact that all of Abbie's pictures and videos seem to be taken in her booster chair. I realize it may not be aesthetically pleasing, but it is simply easier to keep her still in that chair. Now that she can crawl as quick as some people run and she can walk, it is just nearly impossible to take a picture of her face!
Nonetheless, here is a quick video of what I call her "reading" to us. Abbie will now pick up a book or card and just chatter away with quite a conversational tone. I love it!!!
Also, I tried to get her to say what Santa says (that would be "ho ho ho", naturally), but she was clearly not in the mood. Abbie has lately been responding to that question with "ugh ugh ugh" and it is cute...you'll just have to take my word for it. *grins*
I also realize that I make this statement about once a month, but I really do think that this is the most fun age yet for Abbie. She reaches for people, walks, talks (sorta), laughs, grins, hugs, kisses...the fun just never stops!!
Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and hopefully I can work on blogging more often in 2010 (boy, does that look weird)!!!
