Just an update: Abbie ate her peas last night without putting up a fight. Guess they grew on her.
She is also staying in bed all night long since she began sleeping on her stomach. She still wakes up coughing off and on during the night, but then lays back down to go to sleep.
I was hesitant to let her sleep all night that way, but if it works...
Somewhere my mother is muttering to herself, "I told you so."

Ah, live and learn. I bet she'd have been sleeping at 2 weeks if you'd had her on her tummy.
